Yes of course. Although we obviously hope that you stay with us and find value in our services for as long as possible, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any moment, and that will stop all your future billings.
Also, be sure to delete your chatbot(s) before you do as this will restrict your messenger if you decide to use a different chatbot platform. And if you have been building bots for clients, do the right thing and tell them what you are doing also.
Once your subscription has ceased, ALL DATA including messenger lists will be deleted from the system.

Why, you ask! Let's say you build a great Chatbot for your client on this plan, and you do a runner and stop paying for the service - we will simply delete your account and your client will look for you, and not us.
On the other hand, what you could do if your client is not sure about doing that and they want to control what happens after, is to have your client sign up for one of our plans, and then you build the site and the chatbot and charge a monthly service fee - that way, they feel in control of their own destiny if they were to not continue with your services, and you also have a platform to make some money from services. Everyone wins! Isn't that the name of the game!
Quite simply, if you don't pay your monthly fee, everything aligned with your account will be removed completely and your clients will come looking for you, and not us!
Do the right thing, if your clients are paying you, then keep up your side of the bargain however, if they don't pay you, then its up to you to remove them instead. Good Karma is better!

OK, this is a little bit trickier so we suggest that you figure out which plan is going to be the best one for you and your business. Each account is driven by an email address when you first signed up your plan, so if you want to move up, then the only way to do this is to purchase another plan, or if you want to move down, then you will need to close your current plan and start up a new one.
Please also note, that by doing this, you will also lose all your Messenger data! (that's a Facebook thing, not ours) So, game plan is, set yourself up properly the first time.
If you don't want to do as above we would need to do all these behind the scenes which will incur a fee for change which may not be worth it.
